Hypnotherapy
What is Hypnosis?
During hypnosis, the body and conscious mind are in a relaxed neutral state while the subconscious mind remains awake and receptive to suggestion. Hypnosis is an education-communication process to a person’s mind that allows his/her conscious and subconscious minds to believe the same message.
Or, if you prefer, it’s essentially that state right before you wake up and right after you go to bed at night — when you are lying in bed and you know you are lying in bed, but you can see and hear your dreams. What we do with that state, however, is called Success Therapy.
By following the directions given by the hypnotherapist, the client can easily enter and exit hypnosis. It is a voluntary state that the client chooses to enter or leave at any moment. In hypnosis, people are in complete control over their problems, more than they might have previously believed.
